Logistics (Download the complete policies for the fair)

  • We have limited space for each business category
  • The booth area is 10' X 10' (you are not to exceed this area with any display materials)
  • You must provide your own table and chairs. You may rent these items to be delivered to your booth space for an additional fee.
  • Tents are optional but a good idea in case of rain or wind, they must be secured with water buckets or sand bags. Water will NOT be available at the event. You may rent a tent for an additional fee of $100 as part of the registration.
  • Electricity is very limited and will be given on a first come first serve basis.
  • Members may not sublease, assign or apportion their space. You may not share your booth space with another company unless it has been cleared by BGBG staff. Contact Meagan for details on sharing space
  • No cars/trucks are allowed on 13th Street after 9 a.m on May 1st. Access to 13th St will be available from 7 am to 9 am for the BGBG Product and Service Fair load in.
  • If you can not load-in before 9am, you can park at the Boulder Public Library and hand tow your gear to the park. (please move your vehicle afterward)
  • If you have a trailer you can park in the Boulder High School parking lot.
  • No parking on 14th Street.
  • Leave No Trace Policy requires all exhibitors to be responsible for leaving their booth space clean and free of trash or other materials. Areas will be inspected after move out is complete. If booth is not clean and free of materials, the EXHIBITORS will be charged a minimum of $50.
  • Load out will begin at 4:30 with access to 13th Street.

Cancellation Policies

  • Notice of cancellation must be in writing
  • Notice received by April 1, 2011
  • 50% of booth price will be refunded. No refunds are made after April 1, 2011.
