Education Committee
Mission
The purpose of this committee is to ensure that members and constituents continue to have quality educational opportunities that meet the changing demands of the industry and continue to inspire professionals to come to the Guild as a source of education.
Committee Goals/ Tasks:
- Identify strategies to generate Brown Bag topics for both commercial and residential
- Explore other types of education the Guild should/could offer and explore feasibility (including more hands on and mentorship opportunities)
- Consider the value of existing education we offer and make
- Provide a critical review of existing events and make recommendations on whether or not to continue (BOSS for example)
- Assist staff with feedback on the development of existing events, such as BOSS & Product and Service Fair
